INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Who is the administrator of your personal details and who can you contact with them?
Administrator of your personal data is DOLCAR spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k. with headquarters in Warsaw [1] [contact details: al. Krakowska 179, 02-180 Warsaw, Poland], then “DOLCAR”.

For what purposes and on what grounds do we process your personal data?
- We process your personal data for the following purposes:

Who has access to your personal information?
We may share your personal data with the following categories of entities:
- employees and co-workers – to provide services;
- entities from our capital group – for marketing and promotional purposes;
- suppliers and subcontractors of the services we provide, as well as entities servicing our business (including from a legal and accounting perspective,
- IT, logistics, marketing, etc.) or supporting it (eg car services and salons, insurance companies) – to provide services.
How long will your personal data be processed?
Your personal data is processed:
- in connection with the conclusion and implementation of rights and obligations related to the vehicle rental agreement – until the end of the period of limitation of potential claims (this period is determined by the provisions of the Civil Code), and in the case of using them in public legal proceedings to terminate them legally,
- in connection with providing answers in cases submitted via our contact form, e-mail or phone – until the case is resolved,
- for the purposes of direct marketing of products and services – until you object to their processing for this purpose or decide for yourself that they have become obsolete,
- for analytical purposes – for creating our internal compilations and statistical analyzes
- in connection with the storage of accounting documentation – until the period of limitation of the tax liability regarding the transaction related to it expires (this period is defined in the Tax Ordinance).
What rights do you have in relation to the processing of your personal data?
You have the right:
- access your data and receive a copy;
- to correct (correct) your data;
- to delete data:
- if in your opinion there is no reason to process your data, you can request that we remove it;
- limitations of data processing:
- you can request that we limit the processing of your personal data only to store or perform the actions agreed upon with you, if in your opinion we have incorrect information about you or we process it unjustifiably; or you do not want us to remove them because you need them to establish, investigate or defend claims; or for the time you objected to the processing of data;
- to object to the processing of data:
- marketing objection – you have the right to object to the processing of your data in order to conduct direct marketing, if you exercise this right, we will stop processing the data for this purpose, objection due to the special situation – you also have the right to object to the processing of your data on the basis of a legitimate interest for purposes other than direct marketing, and when processing is necessary for us to perform a task carried out in the public interest or to exercise the public authority entrusted to us, then you should indicate to us your special situation, which in your view justifies the cessation of the opposition processing, we will cease process your data for these purposes, unless we prove that the basis for processing your data is superior to your rights or that your data is necessary for us to determine, assert or defend claims;
- for data transfer:
you have the right to receive from us in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format (eg “.csv” format) personal data about you that you provided to us on the basis of a contract or your consent, you can also send us this data directly to another entity ;
- to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority:
- if you feel that we are processing your data unlawfully, you can complain to the body supervising the observance of the provisions on the protection of personal data (the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection or the successor of that body – the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data);
- to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data:
- you have the right at any time to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data that we process based on your consent, the withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing which has been made on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.

In order to exercise your rights, please send your request to the email address: rodo@dolcar.eu or in writing to the company’s address. Remember, before realizing your rights, we will have to make sure that you are the one to identify you.
Information on video and location monitoring.
- In our rental there is video monitoring in order to verify the customer service process, verify employees’ work, increase safety, etc. Record from cameras (without sound) covers only the area of our property and is stored on site for one month or longer, if such legitimate need is reported by the client or a public authority authorized by law, as well as when it is needed to assert or reverse a claim made within this period. After the indicated period, it is deleted. We explain that as part of this monitoring we do not identify persons who have been recorded thanks to it, except for cases when: (1) the recorded person will ask about it, indicating the data that will help to find it on the recording (in which case he will be informed about the processing its personal data and its purposes, and at its request will be made available to her only the entry associated with it, (2) it will be needed to service complaints, (3) it will be necessary to verify the performance of duties by our employees, (4) will it is justified by the investigation of our rights, (5) a public body entitled to do so by law will demand it. The basis for the processing of these data is our legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) letter f of the RODO).
- The vehicles rented by us are equipped with devices enabling their location and setting routes and travel times (hereinafter “location data”). Location data related to the rental period of a given vehicle are canceled by us after one month from the date of its return or for a longer period, if such justified need is requested by the customer or a public body authorized by law, as well as when it will be needed for the recovery or repudiation of a claim made within this period. We explain that as part of this monitoring we do not identify persons affected by it, except for cases when: (1) the user of the vehicle requests it, indicating data that allows him to be assigned to the location data (in which case he will be informed about the processing of his personal data and its purposes, and at its request will be made available to him only the entry associated with it, (2) it will be necessary for us to handle complaints (3) will be necessary to verify the performance of duties by our employees, (4) it will be justified (5) a public authority entitled to do so will be required to do so. (The basis for the processing of these data is our legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) (f) of the RODO).
